Last minute shifts are premium short notice sessions minimum £100/hr. As well as email notifications, locums Also get alerted by SMS, we do not SMS you during antisocial hours.
Bank details are only visible by our payment manager to pay you. Your documents are only visible to surgeries upon booking.All other documents and ID are redacted by ourselves before it is visible to surgeries eg we remove your passport number from ID document and home address from CV etc. These steps are beyond the precautions locum agencies take. We take your privacy very seriously.
We do not generally ring you. You will get notifications about shifts according to your preferred radius of work, you can apply for any shifts you like. Your mobile no is given to surgeries after booking is confirmed.
Locum feedback is private for their personal appraisals however they can chose to make it public in their profile if they wish.
Our business model has been approved by the NHSPA and both A and B forms are automatically generated for you, if you are in the scheme Please note that all advertised rates include employers contributions.
We expect the surgery to pay invoices within 7 days, as soon as they make payment we update the tracking table and process payment within 24 hrs. If a surgery send cheque payments we usually wait for clearance before paying the locum with electronic transfer. Each surgery have an ASP (Average speed payment), which gives you an idea of how long the surgery take to pay.
All membership is free, you can upgrade from bronze to silver by uploading all key documents
Both surgery and locums get a receipt of payment.

We prefer for locums and surgeries to work this out between themselves, however we are at hand to advise on fair practice.

The service is free, we charge you nothing, nada, niente! We achieve this by automating the service.
You can advertise your shifts at whatever rates you like. We do not charge you any agency fees, freeing you to be generous.
Once you advertise shifts, they are live and local locums are notified, once they apply you will receive email notification.
All locum profiles and documents are available for you to view, once you are satisfied that the locum fulfils your criterion then you are free to book them in. Once you confirm the booking the locum gets a comfirmation email and SMS.
We encourage communication, you can email, phone and SMS locum GPs.
We are a booking platform and a Invoice collection service, the contract between the locum doctor and surgery is the same as would apply in other situations where they work together directly. If the doctor is running late or there are any issues of concern we encourage direct communication to resolve these.
